It is called “worry”. You’ve worried too much about a particular thing or things.
The truth is you may have unconsciously drifted into worrying too about your challenges. The end result is a feeling of weariness and lost of confidence.
Beware of how much think about a particular problem. If you want to think about your problems, approach it with the mindset of finding a solution.
Do not drift into fear and self pity. Your problems may seem too much for you, but not for your GOD who is too big for your problem.
Stop feeling pity for yourself, you are not the worst of persons. Neither are you the cause of your problems, you are not full of ill lucks and bad lucks. This is life for you, sometimes problems come in tons but they can also disappear in seconds.
Now stop worrying and start living. Pray and start looking for solutions. This is the way out!
